Music

Music at Starbank aims to provide our pupils the opportunity to fully engage and immerse themselves into the world of music.  Our curriculum offers pupils the chance to explore music from a range of genres, traditions, styles and historical periods.

Through this curriculum pupils will gain opportunities to listen, sing, play, evaluate, analyse, compose and understand how music is communicated using formal notation and vocabulary.  Our pupils have opportunities to engage with performances inside and outside of school enabling them to connect with others using a universal language that celebrates our diverse world.
