This week you will be creating a yearbook of all your memories from Primary school. This yearbook will include information, images, pictures and anything you want to add to cherish your memories.

There will be two different programmes you can use:

Look at the examples of yearbooks (see resources)

Think about the sections you would like to include and note these down. You choose!

Introduction (be creative)

Special moments

Crazy quotes from pupils

Memories of trips throughout primary school

What have you learnt about yourself?

Favourite bits

Where do you see yourself in 20 years!

Include pictures if you have any

Decide which software you would like to use. Have a go at using both and see which you prefer.

This week you will be undertaking a computer aided-design project (CAD).  You will follow a range of tutorials before applying all that you have learnt to create your own structure.

Today, you will need to register for the application Sketchup – you may need parental support/supervision for this. This is a browser-based version of the software, so no downloads are necessary.

Reading day! Spend some time reading a book.

What do you enjoy about it? What ‘hooks’ you? Can you explain why you enjoy it to someone in your family?

Topic:

Share your memory book with your family and email it to your teachers and school friends!

Make it a real celebration and share!
